Layers and Dividers
Gekoplast offers a wide range of inserts made of Kartonplast®, Spheralite, and Exalite®. Compared to cardboard (or other rigid) separators, our products offer excellent protection without adding extra weight thanks to their lightweight design.
Unlike cardboard, they are water-resistant, easy to clean, reusable, and can be combined with nonwovens or other materials where scratch protection for delicate components is required.
Fully customizable in terms of size and shape, available in thicknesses from 2 to 12 mm, depending on the weight of the components.
After the end of their lifecycle, our dividers are 100% recyclable.
