The pallet and lid are sturdy yet lightweight, with a collapsible sleeve made from triple-wall corrugated sheet with sealed edges for effective protection. An easy locking mechanism secures the sleeve to the pallet and lid.
Featuring a 4-way design, the pallet and lid are injection-moulded to ensure dimensional consistency. The Phylcon pallet offers several customization options: custom printing and colors, as well as dividers.
Most importantly, the sealed sleeve edges come in a wide range of heights. The sleeve can have drop doors to facilitate loading.
When empty, Phylcon pallets can be stacked for economical return transport and warehouse storage: the sleeve folds flat, saving up to 77% of volume. Additionally, the pallet component is stackable.
