Box Mec BM1210 is a smart and innovative container for protecting and transporting components, mainly for industrial and automotive use.
It easily replaces bulky containers such as wooden crates and fixed-wall boxes because when filled, they can be safely stacked, and when emptied, they enable significant space savings during return transport or warehouse storage.
The collar system provides excellent access to the interior: collars can be folded without needing to be removed, allowing faster loading and better ergonomics (and safety!) for operators.
The collars are modular and allow insertion of interlayers or layer pads between each section to optimize spatial loading.
We can also supply custom-designed protective inserts to safeguard components throughout the supply chain.
The BM1210 design features a base with 3 runners, which better fits shelving systems and automation systems.
It is industrial pallet size.
During warehouse storage and truck transport, Box Mec BM1210 containers can be safely stacked on top of each other.
The all-polypropylene construction makes it lighter than metal containers. Moreover, polypropylene is a highly recyclable plastic, so Box Mec BM1210 containers are fully recyclable at the end of their service life.
