reusable packaging
The furniture industry demands precise production and delivery schedules.
In this sector, both storage and the transport of lacquered cabinet fronts must be optimized.
Lacquering is a process that requires particular care and perfect execution—this same level of precision should be maintained during palletizing and transport.
Traditional Wooden Pallets Do Not Meet Customer Expectations
Typically, lacquered fronts are stacked one on top of the other on a wooden pallet. However, a traditional wooden pallet does not fully meet customer needs for two reasons:
Stability Issues: Delicate fronts tend to slide off pallets without protective edges, risking damage during transport.
Product Contamination: Wooden pallets generate dust and splinters that can scratch or dirty the product.
Our Dedicated Solution:
- We have been working closely with furniture manufacturers for many years and have a deep understanding of the industry's needs. The solution we propose to meet specific customer requirements is the Phylcon pallet, equipped with safety edges to enhance the stability of loaded products.
- We also suggest using a layer pad on the bottom of the pallet to facilitate the palletizing and depalletizing processes. This solution provides product protection during handling.
- Furthermore, the Phylcon pallet is easy to clean and, being made of polypropylene, is chemically neutral, resistant to mold and moisture, and does not release fibers or dust.
- The Phylcon pallet is environmentally friendly, as polypropylene is 100% recyclable.
