Special treatments
Kartonplast®, Spheralite, Eplak®, and Exalite® sheets can have various applications thanks to different additives:
Corona treatment:
- Especially suitable for high definition printing.
- ≥ 46 dyne/cm on both sides of the sheet.
anti UV:
- Suggested for all those products exposed to sunlight.
- Additive dosage needs adjusting upon planned UV exposure.
Flame retardarnt:
- Additive designed for sheets and products dedicated to the building and construction sector, since it provides polypropylene sheet with flame retardant properties.
Antistatic and conductive:
- Crucial for the applications where dispersing static electricity is a must.
VCI:
- Used in packaging intended for storing products that are prone to corrosion. When added to packaging, it inhibits the development of corrosion, thus offering better protection for the product.
Bio material:
- A type of material that naturally decomposes, often used in agriculture and tree protection. Products and packaging made from bio materials are an excellent choice for the natural environment.
