GEKOPLAST S.A. is committed to the production of plastic products while respecting human rights. Our operations are based on ethical principles and social responsibility.
This policy outlines our commitments to human rights protection across our entire supply chain.

- Respect for Human Dignity: We prohibit all forms of discrimination, harassment, and violence in the workplace and in our relationships with business partners.
- Health and Safety: We will ensure safe and healthy working conditions for our employees, including protection against harmful substances used in the production process.
- Labor Rights: We will comply with all applicable labor laws, ensuring fair wages, legally compliant working hours, and the right of employees to join trade unions.
- Environmental Protection:We will minimize the negative environmental impact of our activities, including proper waste management and reduction of harmful emissions.
- Ethical Business Practices: We will conduct fair and transparent business practices, avoiding corruption and illegal activities.
- Supplier Rights: We will require our suppliers to uphold human rights within their supply chains.

- Managers: Managers at all levels are responsible for ensuring compliance with the policy within their areas of operation.

This policy will undergo regular reviews and updates to align with changing regulations, standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Special Notes for the Plastics Processing Industry:
- Chemical Substances: Special attention will be given to the safe handling of chemical substances used in the production process and their impact on employee health and the environment.
